Ex-Agencija's Technical sector, according to the Decree on the Establishment of the Agency for Explosive Atmosphere, Official Gazette no. 60/02, 98/06 and 91/11, performs (among other) the following activities:

Aforementioned technical supervision of project documentation, plants and qualifications is performed according to the Regulations of minimum safety requirements and workers health protection, and technical supervision of plants, equipment, installations and apparatus in hazardous areas, Official Gazette Republic of Croatia no. 39/06 and 106/07. These Regulations comply with European Directive 1999/92/EC (ATEX 137).
To carry out these activities, Ex-Agencija has established a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of standards:
HRN EN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality management systems — General requirements)
HRN EN ISO/IEC 17020 - for technical supervision of project documentation, plants and qualifications
These activities, as well as the documentation which needs to be prepared, are specified in detail on this website (instructions), for the purpose of aiding the user to prepare for the performance of Ex-Agencija's technical supervision.
