Ex-AGENCIJA PRICE LIST OR CERTIFICATION AND TECHNICAL SUPERVISION
In accordance with the annual plan and business program for 2007, at the Ex-Agencija Council meeting No. 18, held on February 26th 2007 a new hourly rate of 236,00 kuna was approved, which was published on the price list web page of Ex-Agencija.
PRICE LIST FOR CERTIFICATION AND TESTING SERVICES
To cover the expenses of testing, assessment and certification of equipment, protective systems and components (hereinafter known as the “product”), intended for use in explosive atmospheres of gas, vapour, mist and dust in the process of conformity assessment according to procedures defined by the Regulation of Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres, “Official Gazette” Republic of Croatia no. 34/10 (hereinafter known as the “Regulations of equipment”), clients requesting conformity assessment pay the fees determined by this price list.
Fees determined by this price list include the costs of prescribed and typical procedures of testing and verifying product conformity according to the Regulations of Equipment and Protective Systems.
Prices for testing, verifying and issuing a certificate of product conformity that are not contained in this price list are calculated according to actual costs and work hours spent per the above quoted hourly rate.
The costs of conformity assessment procedures which have been performed outside Ex-Agencija office, including travel costs, accomodations and daily allowance for the employees of Ex-Agencija, are paid by the client according to actual time spent and the above quoted hourly rate of Ex-Agencija, and according to actual costs for travel, accomodations and daily allowances.

The fees in items I) and III) of this price list are valid for standard procedures of verification with the delivery of accurate and complete documentation in accordance with the Regulations of Equipment and Protective Systems. All testing and additional work are calculated according to the price list for testing provided in item IV), and corrections and repeat examination of documentation are calculated in addition according to actual costs.. |

prices for individual services are expressed in Croatian currency, kuna (hereinafter HRK) without V.A.T. (Value Added Tax), which is calculated according to the regulated percentage in effect on the date of invoicing. |

PRICE LIST
FOR TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF PLANTS, EQUIPMENT, INSTALLATIONS AND APPARATUS
INTENDED FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS AREAS
AND
TECHNICAL SUPERVISION OF WORKSHOPS FOR INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND
MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT, INSTALLATIONS AND APPARATUS INTENDED FOR USE IN
HAZARDOUS AREAS

To cover the costs of technical supervision, according to Regulations on Minimum Safety Requirements and Workers’ Health Protection and Technical Supervision of Plants, Equipment, Installations and Apparatus in Hazardous Areas, (the "Official gazette" No. 39/06 and 106/07) of plants, equipment/apparatus and other work equipment intended for use in buildings and areas with explosive atmospheres of gas, vapour, mist and dust with air, and installations where plants, equipment, apparatus and other work equipment combine together into one functional unit, and are located in a hazardous area or directly influence installations in a hazardous area (hereinafter known as “Ex-equipment”), the manufacturer, installer, importer, investor or special equipment user (hereinafter known as “Ex-equipment user”) pay fees as defined bellow.
Workshops for installation, repair and maintenance of Ex-equipment pay fees for technical supervision (assessment of competency) as defined bellow.

Payment of fees for covering the costs of technical supervision of Ex-equipment listed in Table I. (prepared for typical equipment and work technology) are the obligation of the special equipment user.
3.
Fees for covering the costs of technical supervision of technologically complex plants, that mean Ex-equipment (that are not listed in below table – for example refinery plants, petrochemical plants, exploitation and drilling platforms, pharmaceutical plats, gas and oil pipelines etc.) are calculated in accordance with actual work time spent and with the hourly rate of employees performing the technical supervision, in the amount of 236,00 HRK and are the obligation of the Ex-equipment user.

Payment of fees for covering the costs of technical supervision of workshops for installation, repair and maintenance of Ex-equipment are the obligation of the applicant.
5.
Fees (for plants) include only the costs of performing technical supervision, preparation of Minutes, and based on the Minutes, preparation of a Ex-Document, that mean technical report or expert opinion.
6.
Fees for technical supervision of workshops for installation, repair and maintenance of Ex-equipment include only the costs of performing technical supervision, preparation of Minutes, and based on the Minutes, preparation of a technical reports. If asked a Notification is issued according to below price list (not included in price list of technical supervision of workshops).
7.
Travel expenses, accommodations and daily allowances for employees performing the technical supervision are billed separately according to actual costs and are paid by the special equipment user.
8.
The rate of the fees for individual costs of technical supervision are expressed in Croatian currency (kuna) without value added tax. V.A.T. is calculated according to the regulated percentage in effect on the date of issuing the invoice for completed services.
Technical supervision of plants, equipment, installations and apparatus in potentially explosive atmospheres includes inspection of:
1. documentation
2. plants,
3. Ex-equipment in use by the user,
4. issuing an Ex-Document which typically contains:
- Technical supervision TN-KL: Area classification
- Technical supervision TN-EIE: Electrical installation of power equipment
- Technical supervision TN-EII: Electrical installation of instrumentation
- Technical supervision TN-URE: Electrical power equipment
- Technical supervision TN-URI: Electrical instrumentation equipment
- Technical supervision TN-OUP: Other sources of ignition
- Technical supervision TN-NEU: Non-electrical equipment
- Technical supervision TN-ODA: Maintenance
Result of technical supervision is final document – technical report (for example for project documentation) but can also be expert opinion of Ex-Agencija. |
