In certain cases, requirements of standards and regulations are not unambigous and obvious to the interested parties, therefore clear explanation is necessary. At its technical conference and meetings the Ex-Council, Ex-Agency consider and discuss such issues and gives interpretations in the form of Technical decisions, so called OTP decisions.
