AGENCY FOR EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE HAZARDOUS AREAS

Expert Council called also Ex-Council is permanent working body of the AGENCY FOR EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE HAZARDOUS AREAS responsible for evaluation of expert jobs and tasks as defined in scope of article 4 of Decree of Foundation of the Agency for Explosive Atmosphere Hazardous Areas, Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia No. 60/02.

According to Statute of the Ex-Agency, article 38, permanent members of Expert Council are:

- representative of State inspectorate of electroenergetics,
- representative of State inspectorate of mines,
- representative of Ministry of Interior,
- expert in the field of health and safety of work,
- members appointed by Manager General of Ex-Agency, as experts in the field of explosion protection.

The meeting of Ex-Council may by case participate a representative of regulatory body responsible in the field of building construction or other fields.

The meetings of Ex-Council are held regularly according to schedule which is given on the calender below.
